End of Fall 2016 Semester

After an incredible Fall 2016 Semester, I completed 13 credits, had the most successful Día de los Muertos Season EVER!!!! and am finally ready to get back to creating and working on my own personal projects.

I started creating some leather jewelry and used some of my Ishango wood burned sticks to add a very spiritual and mystical look to the jewelry. I will also be selling some of my art at a couple of holiday art markets, below you can see the flyer for the venue information.  My book arts class was my most successful course this semester of my junior year at Alverno College. My mentor and friend, Dara Larson taught the Pages Through Time Book Arts class this past semester. I made some incredible books along the way, including several codexes, 1-page foldable print books regular and tiny sizes, fortune cookie glass bottle books, a burrito book, Ishango Tally Stick book with Lasco Cave painting vessel and a witch craft book with spells and potions.
