March 2015 – C e l e s t e C o n t r e r a s A r t

This March has been filled with new life. As I was celebrating the one year anniversary of my friend Josh taking his life, I have been tapping into a part of me that is very comfortable with ‘Darkness’. In the past i have suffered from abuse, depression and this has resulted in building strength around my sadness. I use this as a way to transform this darkness into a very positive experience. Thanks to my ARTe. I have been taking fotos of my face, making tons of art. Here are some samples of that:
